Kamerman Construction has two generations of experience in assembling log packages produced by Lumberjack Log Homes. This long working relationship allows Kamerman Construction to know all of the special details that Lumberjack Log Homes crafts into their log packages. Lumberjack Log Homes is an industry leader in producing very high quality milled log home log packages. Lumberjack Log Homes offers several different log sizes, ranging from an 8" cabin-sized log to a 12" custom-home log size. They utilize a swedish-coped log style with saddle notched corners. Lodgepole pine is the only log specie that is used in their log home packages. This minimizes the settling and costly separation issues that can develop with other mixed-specie systems. Kamerman Construction is now pleased to offer our own current
log packages. Our package consists of a partially true-scribe
package. The logs will be flat on the top and bottom to allow each log to
rest on the log below. In the flat of each log will be a relief groove to
keep unsightly log checking to a minimum.
The corners of your package will be scribed to fit. Our skilled craftsmen will make sure that your home package will fit snugly. This will keep your home tight, keeping you warm on those cold winter nights as well as keeping your heating bills to a minimum.
Kamerman Construction Log Packages have a hand-hewn finish. This along with the flat profiles, gives your home the look and feel of a traditional hand-scribed home, without all of the additional costs.

These Log Accents also work well with our SIP packages. We can offer; Scribe-To-Fit trusses with either Internal or External Hardware, Large Timber-Frame Trusses (Square cross-section), Log Siding, and Log Mantles. Our Timber-Frame trusses are made with #1 Douglas Fir (free of heart) lumber.
